Fees, Payment Terms & GST Compliance

  • Our professional services are billed based on mutually agreed quotations or engagement letters.
  • All professional fees are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law. Our GSTIN is 29AAHFI5295G2ZX.
  • GST will be charged only on professional fees. Government fees, wherever applicable, are excluded from GST and will be billed at actuals.
  • Payment must be made within the timeline specified in the invoice or engagement communication.

Delay in Payment and Associated Consequences

  • Clients are advised to make timely payments to avoid procedural delays.
  • Failure to make payment within the stipulated period may result in the non-filing of applications with the appropriate IP office. This may lead to the irreversible loss of statutory rights, including priority dates, patent or trademark rights, or protection deadlines.
  • Intellect Vidhya Solutions shall not be liable for any legal or commercial consequences arising due to such non-compliance caused by delayed or non-payment.

Confidentiality

  • We maintain the confidentiality of all client information, inventions, and documents shared with us for the purpose of our services.
  • No client information will be disclosed to third parties without express written consent, except where required by law or competent authorities.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee the success of any IP application, as approvals lie solely with the relevant government authorities.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our services, including any regulatory denial, delay, or litigation resulting from third-party actions.
  • Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Services performed and expenses incurred until the termination date will be chargeable.
  • Non-payment, unethical conduct, or failure to cooperate may lead to immediate termination without liability on our part.
